Branded by de GRISOGONO
83 storeys on Sheikh Zayed Road. A floating infinity pool on the 60th floor. A glass slide at the crown. Twin towers branded by the Swiss house that made black diamonds famous.
De GRISOGONO was founded in Geneva in 1993 by Fawaz Gruosi, the gemologist who single-handedly revived the global market for black diamonds in 1996. The house became synonymous with unconventional gemstones and bold, maximalist design. In 2017, a de GRISOGONO necklace featuring a 163.41-carat D Flawless emerald-cut diamond sold at Christie's for 33.5 million Swiss francs.
In 2022, DAMAC Group acquired de GRISOGONO, bringing the brand in-house alongside Roberto Cavalli. Safa Two is the result: twin towers inspired by the ruby gemstone, with the building's void framing a glowing red "heart" visible from Sheikh Zayed Road at night.
Twin towers interlinked at base, middle, and crown. The Ruby Heart void glows from the facade at night.
Safa Two offers the widest unit range in the de GRISOGONO portfolio, from compact studios for the yield-focused investor to 14,000 sqft full-floor penthouses for the trophy buyer. Interiors carry the ruby-and-gold de GRISOGONO colour language throughout, with diamond curtain detailing in the entrance lobbies.
One of the most construction-spread plans in Dubai: only 10% on handover, with 90% deployed across booking and construction milestones.
A floating infinity pool with a transparent bottom on the 60th floor. A glass slide at the crown of the building. A 360-degree edge walk around the top. A fog forest with red ambient lighting. This is what happens when a jewellery house designs a skyscraper.

Lush landscaping with manmade fog and red ambient lighting

The towers rise directly off Sheikh Zayed Road, adjacent to Safa Park and the Dubai Water Canal. This is one of Dubai's most established and highest-value corridors, connecting Downtown, DIFC, and the Marina in a single arterial line.
Dubai's most recognisable road. A Sheikh Zayed Road address carries inherent rental and resale value that suburban locations cannot replicate. The proximity to DIFC, Downtown, and Business Bay makes it a natural choice for corporate tenants.
De GRISOGONO-branded residences exist in exactly two projects worldwide. The combination of a Swiss luxury jewellery house with an 83-storey Sheikh Zayed Road tower creates a category that no competitor can replicate.
Every unit exceeds the AED 2M threshold. Studios start at AED 2.2M, making this the most accessible entry point into a branded, visa-qualifying tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Only 10% due on handover. The 90/10 payment structure means investors deploy capital gradually across construction, preserving liquidity while securing exposure to one of Dubai's most iconic addresses.
Dubai Link's senior advisory team will present the full de GRISOGONO portfolio at both the Cape Town and Durban events in May 2026, including current availability, payment structures, and SARB-compliant externalisation guidance.
